We have the guidance we need in God's Word for our spiritual man, our soul man and our flesh. Health is a promise and God's Word in our DNA is ALWAYS perfect, but our choices or past inequities can cause the DNA in our flesh body to pervert. However, the DNA of God is perfect and always strives to perfect, but we have a free will to choose. We plant the seeds, but God Makes them grow.
It is wisdom from above to turn away the choices that bring destruction (read Romans 8). It is wisdom to resist the temptations to follow the wisdom that is earthly, sensual and demonic. God has not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, of love and a sound mind. In Him we live and move and have our being.

We are stewards of God's Temple, which is our body. It makes a big difference what we feed our bodies. Cellular communication is a new frontier for science and they have learned that the messenger is "light." They don't know what that light is, but the light is affected by the food, toxins and whatever we put into our body. Romans 8 says those who WALK IN THE SPIRIT, these are the sons of God and that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who WALK NOT after the flesh, but after the SPIRIT. For the LAW of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has overcome the LAW of sin and death. The law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus is LIFE, and the opposing LAW of sin and death is death. In Romans 7 Paul speaks about the war within because of these opposing laws, but thanks BE TO GOD in Christ Jesus we have overcome the LAW of sin and death. Again, I repeat "THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS HAS OVERCOME THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH. We have the victory, but we must WALK in the victory by WALKING IN THE SPIRIT.
How do we WALK IN THE SPIRIT? God sets before us LIFE and DEATH, and commands that we choose LIFE so that we and our children may live (Deut 29). Freedom is is limited to whom we serve. If we serve sin, we are a slave to sin. If we serve Christ, we are FREE for whom Christ has made free, is free indeed.
God's Word says "you know them by their fruit." The fruit of the Spirit is LIFE. This life is manifested in the fruit of love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness,goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those [who are] Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions anddesires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit (Gal 5:22-25).
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfishambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tellyou beforehand, just as I also told [you] in time past, that those who practicesuch things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal 5:19-21).
If you want to know which LAW that you are living under, just test your FRUIT. If you want the blessings Walk in the Spirit. The blessings will chase you down and overtake you. If you walk in the flesh or carnal mind, you will reap death and destruction and the curses will chase you down and overtake you. Choose life by taking your thoughts captive to God's Word and Walk in the Spirit. A man is as he thinks. Many Born-Again Christians are captive to sin and have no joy and are reaping destruction because they walk in the carnality of their minds (Romans 8). The KEY to Romans 8:1 is that condemnation does not follow those who WALK AFTER THE SPIRIT. If you are in Christ Jesus and walking in carnality, condemnation will follow you. Meditate on every word of Romans 8, and Galatians 5 until it becomes a living word revelation within your spirit man.

All of the secrets of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ Jesus. It is our responsibility to trust God and ask God for wisdom and to notlean on our own understanding. When we acknowledge God in every thingGOD WILL make our path straight. God WILL give us the answers towhatever we ask. CASTING DOWN THE STRONGMAN OF FEAR
God has not given us a spirit of fear . Fear is rooted in words that lie against the truth of God's Word.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Proverbs 18:21 The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Fear is a strongman that is a tormenting driving force. However, God's Word will replace the fear with the peace of God that transcends all understanding. God's peace will guard our heart and our mind. The mind is the battle ground and in Christ Jesus we have the MIND OF CHRIST.
Philippians 4:6-8 Beanxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, withthanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.8Finally,brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble,whateverthings are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely,whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if thereis anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. 9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Let me explain from my experience what that means. I was "religious" for 40 years and a complete failure in trying to be righteous in my own strength. I lacked "knowledge" and did not understand the Bible, but I KNEW God was who he said he was. The difference for me came when I finally recognized that I COULD NOT save myself through good works. In all my effort to do GOOD, I failed miserably because the flesh ruled by "feelings" is like the waves of the sea and you are up and down like a roller coaster because of the world being god instead of Jesus being God. I came to the end of myself and I humbled myself before God and this is the kind of prayer I said. "God, I give up. I can't do it, I CHOOSE to believe your word, the Bible, even when I do not even understand it. I CHOOSE to stop trying to be logical and "scientific" about life and I CHOOSE to obey your WORD even when I don't understand it. I TRUST YOU to teach me because the BIBLE says I need no man to teach me, but the HOLY Spirit will teach me all things." When I did that, I later walked across my living room opened my mouth and unknown to my natural mind I said, "JESUS IS LORD". Then I remembered the scripture that NO MAN can say JESUS IS LORD except by the HOLY SPIRIT. My spirit man KNEW who JESUS really was at that moment and I literally felt scales fall from my eyes just as Paul described in the Bible. I knew because I knew that Jesus is Lord and I can DO NOTHING apart from Him. Being a little child in God's KINGDOM is total TRUST in God and once the Spirit witnesses with your spirit there is no logic or argument that can take that KNOWING away. God IS and we must believe that HE IS. Come to Him now with a mind that YOU KNOW NOTHING and you are willing to let the SPIRIT of God teach you all things. It will mean a desire to study His Word and do His Word, being doers and not hearers only. If you don't have that desire, you did not plug into the Kingdom, so keep humbling yourself until you plug into God's Kingdom. The prayer below will help you touch on issues that may block you from coming to the knowledge of the Truth of God's Word. You must cast down every imagination that argues against God's Word. Take your mind CAPTIVE to believe and then understanding will come. That is humbling yourself by CHOICE to obey God and not your natural reasoning powers. God wants to use your imagination for HIS KINGDOM, not the world's kingdom. There is a kingdom of darkness that is fighting to keep you in bondage, but its power is NOTHING when you choose the LIGHT of God's Word. Choose this day whom you will serve. The following prayer is powerful and if you experience stirrings and things that will "scream" at you in your mind to not listen or do this prayer, just determine in your heart to press in and ignore the mind and choose God's Kingdom FIRST. Seek FIRST the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. Ignore all of the condemnation of your past because it is behind you and covered in God's own Blood through His Son Jesus Christ. YOU ARE RIGHTEOUS and can boldly stand before God's throne the moment you receive Christ and nothing can take you out of HIS hand, except you choosing to believe lies and choosing to turn away from His truth. Don't do that! Press in, FIGHT, the good fight of FAITH. It is a fight and even if you end up on the floor screaming no, no, no, don't listen to your flesh, press in to God. I did just that and it was strange, but I won the fight of faith and God's power to deliver is REAL! Every day, it is a dying to the flesh and choosing God's Kingdom. Are you ready? Please say yes to Jesus, you will NEVER, EVER, ETERNALLY be sorry. You will know that your body is only a tent and the real you will live forever. There is no death in Christ. I know I am alive in HIM and you can know that too.
1 John 2:3 We know that we have come to KNOW HIM if we OBEY His commands. 4 The man who says, "I KNOW HIM, " but does not do what HE COMMANS is a LIAR, and the TRUTH is not in him. 5 But if anyone obeys HIS WORD, God's LOVE is truly made complete in him. That is how WE KNOW we are IN HIM. 6 Whoever claims to live IN HIM must walk as Jesus did.
1 John 2:9 Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates his brother is still in the darkness. 10 Whoever loves his brother lives in the light, and there is nothing in him to make him stumble.
God will help you say this prayer and He will help YOU live the LIFE you HAVE in HIM, Christ Jesus. TRUST HIM and FIGHT the good fight of FAITH.
Hebrews 2:14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through DEATH He might destroy him (satan) who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and release those (you) who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. 16 For indeed, He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham (all who are in Christ). 17 Therefore, in ALL things He had to be made like His brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to GOD, to make Propitiation for the sins of the people (you). For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to AID those (you) who are tempted.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION, DELIVERANCE AND WISDOM RECEIVED ONLY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST
I choose by my free will and with my whole heart to stop being "in charge" of my life and I choose to humble myself as a little child and trust God with all of my heart, soul, mind, spirit and with all my strength. I choose to set my mind like flint that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I will never again worship man, created things, money or self again. I repent for idolatry, unforgiveness, generational emotional baggage and wrong belief systems. I choose to make GOD'S WORD a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I choose GOD'S WORD above every thought, and I take captive every thought to the obedience of God's Word. I choose to receive the free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ who paid for all of my sins, through death on the cross and then on the 3rd day rose again where Jesus is now seated at the right hand of God interceding for me continuously. I choose to receive the free gift of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire and I acknowledge that the Holy Spirit will teach me all things through the Word of God. I believe I am NOW your son and that You will not leave me nor forsake me and will send to us the Holy Spirit who will teach us all things and will not speak of Himself, but of Christ Jesus. I believe that Your Word is Spirit and Life and only through Christ's baptism is the Word made life unto me. I receive His Life NOW and by the power of the blood of Christ and the Holy Spirit. I command everything that is not of God in my life to be exposed and expelled. I choose TRUTH over every lie and I am willing for God to show me where I am deceived, even if I do not think I am deceived. I humble myself for correction by the Holy Spirit. Thank You Lord Jesus for saving me and filling me with Your LIFE, for you are LIFE and the light of every man. I love you Lord and I believe in your Word that in Christ you have hidden all of the secrets of all of the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Like a little child I choose to seek out and FIND the treasures you have hidden for me to find. As I get excited and thrilled when my own children discover things about life, I know and believe you too are even more thrilled when I find your hidden treasures found in your Word. I thank you that YOUR SPIRIT witnesses with my spirit that I am saved. I thank you that you are my very breath and life for in YOU, the Word of God, we live and move and have our being. Thank You Lord Jesus for delivering me from my destructions and all of my sins and making me white as snow, able to boldly come before the Throne of God with my petitions. Thank you for forgiving me. Teach me to walk in your love and forgiveness with all men. Teach me to forgive myself and to learn to walk in the spirit which is the fruit and when I do these things there is NO LAW against me. There is no condemnation for me when I walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. (Romans 8:1-10, Gal 22, 1 Cor 13) Teach me Lord how to BE FREE INDEED through the truth of Your Word. FOR IN HIM, you live and move and have your being. Every cell has God's given destiny. Healing IS just as God IS. God's Word in the DNA always speaks healing. Our sins, ignorance, lack of knowledge, pride and stupidity cause destruction. Every cell has a place and a destiny that is designed by God Himself. He determines the place of every cell and HE also is the master controller of every cell. He is the light that godless minds see under the microscope and the wisdom that determines every electrical and chemical action within the body. God's Word is PERFECT and WONDERFUL and it is the natural failings of men that causes malfunctions at the cellular level, from sin, unforgiveness to self-destructive eating. God formed Adam from dust and breathed life into the dust. God's Word creates every new cell in your body and your job is provide the conditions for ultimate health.
The body is a tent for the God Breathed Word (DNA) and you are ONE DNA. The DNA in the cells are identical or replica's of you. Your body dies, but you do not die and though your body may have missing limbs, your DNA is whole. God saw your substance before He formed you in your mother's womb. That substance is His Word. God is not jealous for your flesh, but for the Spirit (the heart of man) that He put in you.
God says that the power of life and death is in our tongues and we will eat of its fruit. God's Word is strength to our bones and health to our flesh. Fill your tongue with God's Word and you will see that God's Truth overcomes the facts. Don't ever agree with facts if you don't want the facts.
